(c) Value Education: Catholic Doctrine/Ethics/Scripture. Students are expected to earn 3 credits over three years. 
(d) Social Awareness Programme (SAP) / Service Learning: Students may opt for SAP programme or Service Learning. Students are expected to earn 1 credit in the third year by completing any one of the following options (Optional for students of NSS / NCC / Games / Functional Literacy Programme)
- Care of the Handicapped
- Rural Realities
- Welfare of the Aged
- Health Education
- Child Welfare
Service Learning: Students may opt for Service Learning in the III year and earn 1 credit. Service learning enables students as growing individuals to look at themselves in all their capacities and the roles they play in society. It is based on a mutual relationship where learning reinforces and strengthens service and service enriches and expands the boundaries of learning.
Service learning aims at:
- Bridging the gap between education, knowledge and its relevance.
- Application of classroom learning to real life.
