The candidate’s performance in each theory paper shall be evaluated by a combination of Continuous Internal Assessment (CIA) & End Semester (ESE) Examinations.CIA=50 marks, ESE=50 marks. Thus equal weightage is being given to Continuous Internal Assessment and External Examination.
A student will be permitted to take the End Semester Examination provided she has minimum attendance of 90% per course and has completed the C.A. requirements of tests/ assignments /seminars /project work etc.
End Semester Examination will have double evaluation.
Each student will undergo placement and training, i.e. internship, during the end of the semester for 15 working days of about 120 hours+30 hours for documentation and preparation of report and will also face a viva-voce examination.
Internship Program is for four Semesters : I, II, III and IV for which assessment will also be carried out. Internship should be carried out as an individual project. Internship will be evaluated by two examiners : Internal + External
A Research Project will be carried out in Semester III / IV for about 120 hrs+30 hours for documentation and preparation of report which will be evaluated and followed by a Viva Voce Examination - by two examiners : Internal + External
