 The Faculty
The members of the faculty uphold the ideals and standards of the
college and strive earnestly to achieve the goals and objectives of higher education in Stella Maris. Through their efficient academic work, guidance and supervision of curricular work, involvement in extra-curricular activities, they contribute towards the all-round development of students. They are conscious of the ideals of
'Truth and Justice' in all their endeavours.
The Staff Council comprises the Principal, the Secretary, the Vice-Principals, the Deans of Students,
Heads of all Departments, the Controller of Examinations, the Academic Deans, the Physical Directress, the Librarian, the NCC Officer, the NSS Co-ordinator, the Office Superintendent and the Office Manager. The Staff Council meets regularly to discuss the day-to-day programmes and plans for academic work in the College.
