The Office of the Dean of Students is composed of a team of staff members who are advisers to the Students' Union; it aims at promoting student welfare at all levels. The objectives are :

To provide personalised service.
To guide and assist in the co-ordination of the students' activities.
To provide counselling facilities, information on availability of scholarships (non-governmental), job opportunities and vacancies, as also guidance in choosing a career.
